Lord Jesus, I come to you, today,
Asking to forgive me as I pray
For the lack of service to you.
I desire to be worthy.

Thank you, dear Lord, for your wonderful grace.
You forgave me and love me in all of my haste.
Jesus made me worthy to live by faith.
Thank you, dear Lord, for making me worthy.
I desire to be worthy.

A young man called about a week ago.
He lives far away in another state,
concerned that his dad was not saved.
This one ask if I would pray for this one he loved.
Today I went to visit this ninety-four year old.
Not a doubt in my mind that he knows our Lord.
We talked about tomorrow which is God’s secret alone.
Then we talked about heaven and where we will go.
He talked about Him and that he believed.
A tear came into my eye, I was so relieved.
To this young man I can now make a call,
let him know there is no reason to worry at all.
His dad doesn’t know theology but that is ok,
He knows our Lord Jesus and that made my day.

God doesn’t ask of us to be great theologians

He asked us to ask forgiveness of our sins

To ask Him to come into our life and to be
Lord  of our life-He makes it easy for us

To become a Christian and  He will give us Life

A disease called diabetes had taken it’s toll.
The doctor said a part of his leg would have to go.

Today I have some concerns that I cannot handle

There is trouble in the streets and in the homes

I cannot fix them no matter how I try

I am looking to Jesus

I feel so down and all out of sorts

No one can help me it seems

Where do I go and what do I do

I am looking to Jesus

Things are happening like domestic violence

Abortion is at an all time high

All these things make me want to cry

I am looking to Jesus

Jesus is the answer to all  our troubles

We must trust Him and do our very best

To make our world safer and help those in need

He will bless  us   I am looking to Jesus
