When we think of victory, we think of winning.
That is exactly what we have done.

It wasn’t me that went to the cross.
My Lord, Jesus Christ, did that for me.

Victory with Jesus is so precious to me.
Saved by His grace, my battles He fights.

Most of us do not care to battle or argue.
So, give it to God and win the victory.

Why do we hold on and try to do all for ourselves?
Give it to Him and lay your burdens down.

You will feel great! Now, won’t that be grand?
Jesus is a wonderful Savior, our Father is He.

I cannot imagine what my life, without Him, would be.
If there is one thing I have to say to the world today …

Walk with Him daily and the peace will stay

Vacation means to get away. rest and reflect

So often we go wherever we please but God we reject

Vacation with God

At home we are active in church and spiritual things

On vacation it is the world we often cling

Vacation with God

No time for God since we  are playing

This is a time to show our faith

Do you understand what I am saying

Vacation with God

So much temptation as we can plainly see

God is there wherever you will be

Vacation with God

He knows your heart and what you want to do

Worship each day and to Him be true

Vacation with God

He loves you at home or wherever you go

When you love Jesus it will show

 Vacation with God

I walked through the woods a mile or so
To catch a school bus that would take me to church
I loved Vacation Bible School and went every day
Bible verses I learned but the songs were my favorite
I still know one or two that I learned many years ago
The teachers were dedicated and did their best
To teach us about the Lord Jesus, and how He did not rest
I have often thought about His walk on this earth
Going about doing good and pointing everyone to God
I learned a lot in Vacation Bible School
That I took into my youth and adult life
More children should have this opportunity
Know God’s word and what it really means to us
It made me want to be good to others as Jesus did
To love my parents and respect what they said
I am thankful for the memories that are in my mind
Going to Vacation Bible School and having a very good time
Many children today do not know what Vacation Bible School is
It is bible based and it is during their school vacation
Some churches have it at night so parents can attend
When you see a sign in front of a church that is about to begin
Enroll your child and let them attend
The people are wonderful and dedicated as can be
They wouldn’t be there if they were not needed
I taught many years and learned more than the kids
My very best memories are the one’s I attended as a child
God blessed my memory so that I can sing songs of Jesus Loves
He Loves all the children of the world, red and yellow, black and white
They are precious in His sight-shouldn’t your child know that?
